Richard had been a resident
of the Lansing area for six years. He was graduated from Portage Central
High School in 1960, from Western Michigan University in 1964, and Wayne
State Law School in 1967. he was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church
of Lansing, the Michigan Bar Association, and the Wayne State Alumni, and
Wranglers Debate Club at Michigan State University. He had served with
the U.S. Army as a Captain with the Judge Advocate General. He was presently
a staff attorney with the Michigan State Supreme Court, Court of Appeals.
Surviving are his wife
Glenda, 1 daughter Sarah Patricia, his parents Mr. and Mrs. Charles G. Bos
of Kalamazoo, a brother, William T. of Kalamazoo, 2 grandmothers, Mrs. Cora
Bos and Mrs. Emma H. Greene of Boscobel, Wisconsin.
