McFall, George A 4/17/1942 - 4/19/2015 Mitchell IN Went to be home with Jesus on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Westview Nursing & Rehab Center, Bedford IN. George was born in Grand Rapids, MI on April 17, 1942, the son of William and Lucia (Ayers) McFall. He graduated from Portage High School in 1960 and graduated from Western Michigan University. He taught school and retired from Allegan High School teaching accounting, business, computer, golf and drivers ed. He moved to Macon, GA and volunteered nearly 10 yrs at Hephzibah Children's Home doing many tasks. George battled Alzheimer's disease for 11 years. George is survived by his wife Reba (Jewell) ;daughter Sondra (David) Rader, Allendale MI; son Thomas (Amber) McFall, Springfield MO; brother William (Martha) McFall, Albion MI; sister Mary (Gary) Nicholson, Portage MI; 8 grandchildren, 2 nieces, 1 nephew, 1 cousin and 3 step-daughters. Memorial Service: 1:00 pm Saturday April 25, 2015 at Mitchell Wesleyan Church, Mitchell IN. Visitation: 11:00 am to 1 pm Saturday at the church. in lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to Hephzibah Children's Home, 6601 Zebulon Rd, Macon GA 31220 or Lewy Body Dementia Assoc, 912 Killian Hill Rd SW, Liburn GA 30047.
